, Qui deficientes divino officio, seu absentes a choro notat. Stat. eccl. Rotomag. ann. 1361. apud Marten. tom. 8. Ampl. Collect. col. 1531 : Eorum (capellanorum) Defaultarii eos in defectu ponant, ac si in dicto officio non fuissent, et eisdem Defaultariis sub eorum juramento et pœna perjurii districte præcipimus, ut quotiescumque aliquem viderint, ut supra dictum est, recedentem, ipsi statim eum in defectu apponant.
