, Primarium jus hypothecæ in prædium, aut feudum, quod a Domino feudi creditori conceditur, vel sibi ipsi, si vassalli creditor est, reservat. Consuetudines Tolosæ : Est usus et consuetudo Tolosæ quod Dominus feudi potest dare Poderagium et primariam creditoribus in feudo illo, quod tenetur ab ipso, et sibi ipsi potest in dicto feudo dare et retinere Poderagium pro debito, quod feudatario et aliis debet, etc. Adde part. 2.
